How do I book a tour?
Pick the tour and date you want and send your request online. Our team will confirm availability and get in touch to finalize the details — no online payment is required to reserve.
How and when do I pay?
There is no online payment. Once your booking is confirmed, our team contacts you to arrange payment, which is settled locally before or on the day of the tour.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations by the operator are always fully refundable or rescheduled.
What should I bring?
Comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, a hat, water and a light jacket. For sunrise or hiking tours we also recommend a warm layer and a small backpack.
Where is the meeting point?
Most tours depart from central Hanga Roa, and hotel pickup is available for many of them. The exact meeting point and time are confirmed with you after booking.
